For instance, we have a technician with 40 years of experience who was directly trained by Bill Pilling. Our technician was responsible for training technicians at Pilling and for implementing designs for new surgical instruments. He has 11 patents to his name. Other technicians have 20 and 30 years of experience with instrumentation.
